A talented Venezuelan pastry chef, discovered her true passion for baking at a young age.

At the age of 12, inspired by her aunt Ramona Arocha—renowned in San Francisco de Macaira, Guárico, for her traditional sweets—Marie began experimenting in the kitchen, creating desserts and cakes that delighted her neighbors and friends.

Although she initially pursued a degree in Electrical Engineering at the Central University of Venezuela, her love for pastry always remained close to her heart. During her university studies, she decided to deepen her passion and trained professionally in fine pastry at an institution in Los Palos Grandes, Caracas.

In 2017, pregnant and facing personal and social challenges in Venezuela, Marie made the brave decision to emigrate to the United States in search of a better future for herself and her child. Settling in Miami, she began helping one of her sisters with various jobs while baking cakes on the side to earn extra income. At first, sales were sporadic, but her determination and love for pastry drove her to keep moving forward.

Over time, and thanks to her skills in both pastry and digital marketing, Marie managed to establish her business, Stivaly Cakes. Her dedication and talent gained recognition, and she eventually created cakes for celebrities like Puerto Rican singer Anuel. Today, her business boasts a dedicated team and continues to grow steadily, with plans for expansion and diversification of offerings.
