Please allow up to 12 hours for a response. Orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure the date which is based on availability. The remaining balance is due 15 days before your event date. Once a quote is given and the invoice is sent, the deposit is required within 24 hours. If payment is not received within 24 hours the invoice and the order will be canceled.
